Pre-order items are usually popular items that sell out fast!!! For this very reason pre-ordering allows our buyer to know how many items we should order to meet the demand of our "valued customers" Some items have the potential of selling out quickly once it arrives to Divanista and because of this reason we provide our customers the opportunity to pre-order items. These items are located in the pre-order category section of our website!!

Pre-order items are currently not in stock at Divanista ! This product is reserved especially for you. Since your item is reserved, your paypal account is charged at the time your order is placed. Once pre-order items arrive they will be shipped out immediately to your shipping address location you provided through paypal. Coupon codes and returns are not applicable on pre-ordered items. However if you need to exchange for a different size and the item hasn't shipped we would be happy to make an exchange in size. Pre-orders can't be returned and aren't eligible for refund or return after the item has been shipped. If you order multiple pre-order items or if you combine in-stock items with pre-order items, Divanista will ship your order once the pre-order item or items arrive. If you would like for the in-stock items to be shipped separately from the pre-order item you will be charged twice for shipping or we can ship all items at one time once the preorder(s) arrive in store.

PLEASE NOTE: All our pre-order dates are estimated. This is due to the designers production schedules, and sometimes an item may arrive days before or after. Divanista has no control over their production schedule or inventory. Items are rarely delayed but if it does happen Divanista will contact you with a new ship date.

 

How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments - all through PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use! We currently do not accept cash or check.

How long will my order take to arrive?
ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 1 TO 3  BUSINESS DAYS AND ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 5 DAYS FOR ARRIVAL.

 

Do you ship worldwide?
YES WE DO! HOWEVER SHIPPING WILL HAVE TO BE ADDED ADDITIONALLY.

Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?
YES OF COURSE PLEASE CHECK YOUR PAYPAL FOR THE MOST UPDATE INFO
OF YOUR PACKAGE.


Will you restock sold out items?
SOMETIMES.

Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?
IN MOST CASES ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT FOR IN THE EVENT YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED. DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION, WE TRY TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS TO ADDRESS THIER CONCERNS. SEE SHIPPING & RETURNS FOR MORE INFO.
